Shane – Founder & Chief Trail Boss
Shane is built for the grind—on the trail, in business, and everywhere in between. His foundation comes from years of pushing limits, both physically and mentally. From hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail from Pennsylvania to Maryland and across Georgia, to competing in Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, and Warrior Dashes, he’s no stranger to endurance, discipline, and getting uncomfortable on purpose.
Before building Outlaw Desert Co., Shane led in the fitness and event space as a former Sales Manager for BattleFrog, where he helped drive growth in one of the toughest obstacle racing brands in the country. He also built his own ventures from the ground up—owning Xcerrate Fitness in Delaware from 2013–2016 and continuing to train and coach through Fitness by Shane since 2007.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Shane blends real-world experience with a builder’s mindset—creating brands, pushing boundaries, and turning ideas into something tangible.
At the core, he’s driven by one thing: the pursuit of challenge, freedom, and the kind of life you don’t have to escape from.
Bradley Nazareta– Director of Desert Ops & Survival
Brad defines the grit behind Outlaw Desert Co. with a background built on rugged endurance and strategic action. A veteran of the United States Army with 8 years as an Infantryman, he mastered the art of survival and navigation in environments where second chances are rare, and adaptability is the only way forward.
His transition into a 15-year career as a Registered Nurse adds a unique layer of composure to the team, providing a calm, clinical precision during high-stakes situations. Whether in a hospital or deep in the canyons, Brad remains a steadfast anchor when things get intense. An adventurer at his core, he spends his time uncovering hidden landscapes and scouting historical ghost towns.
His fascination with the unknown extends beyond the earth, fueled by a deep interest in UAP phenomena and celestial mysteries. For Brad, the chase for lost gold and desert secrets is more than a hobby—it is a calling.
